Poem: Selfdiscovery Magic

Image by Tung Lam from Pixabay

In quiet moments when the world withdraws,
A whisper stirs beneath the mind’s facade,
A flicker of a flame, a hidden cause,
The dawn of self, a soul’s long promenade.

Through shadowed paths where doubt and fear reside,
We journey deep into the heart’s domain,
Unveil the truth that we have kept inside,
Where scars and dreams in equal measure reign.

The mirror’s gaze, once cold and filled with strife,
Now warms with understanding, clear and bright,
For in this quest, we find our truest life,
A symphony of shadows turned to light.

In every tear, a lesson softly sung,
In every joy, a glimpse of heaven’s grace,
The magic lies in being ever young,
In endless seeking of our truest place.

So walk the road with wonder as your guide,
Embrace the ebb and flow, the twist and turn,
For in the dance of life, both wild and wide,
The magic of self-discovery will burn.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
