It is better to follow your intuition even if it wrong so that you can develop trust in it.  You should keep a journal of when you follow your intuition and what happens.

3. Intuition is purely based on instinct. Intuition is often mistakenly equated with instinct, which is an innate automatic response to stimuli. While instinct can influence intuition, the latter also involves the integration of past experiences, knowledge, and unconscious processing, resulting in a more complex decision-making process. However, intuition often draws upon a wealth of accumulated knowledge and experiences, serving as a valuable subconscious reservoir of wisdom.

4. It is purely based on gut feelings. While intuition can indeed manifest as gut feelings or a sense of knowing, it can also manifest as non-verbal cues, body sensations, dreams, or even creative insights. Intuition is a multi-faceted phenomenon that can take various forms.

However, intuition can complement and enhance rational decision-making by providing additional information or insights that may not be readily available through logical analysis.

7. Intuition is always immediate. While some intuitive impressions may occur instantaneously, others may gradually develop over time through reflection, subconscious processing, or pattern recognition. Intuition is not limited to, sudden insights, but can also develop through a more gradual and iterative thought process. It could take years sometimes.

8. Intuition is a universal truth. Intuition is highly subjective and can vary from person to person. What feels intuitively right for one individual may not apply to another, as personal experiences, cultural norms, and individual perspectives influence intuition.

9. Enhancing or developing Intuition is not possible. Contrary to popular belief, intuition is a skill that can be nurtured, refined, and strengthened. By practicing mindfulness, self-reflection, and exploring different techniques like meditation or journaling, individuals can improve their ability to access and effectively utilize their intuitive insights.

10. Intuition is unrelated to expertise or knowledge. Intuition is often seen as separate from expertise or knowledge. However, experts in specific domains often develop a more finely tuned intuition through years of experience, allowing them to make quick and accurate judgments based on their deep understanding of the subject matter.
