Poem: The Power to Overcome

The power to overcome, deep within our soul,
A spark that ignites, makes us whole.
When storms rage fiercely, and the night feels long,
It whispers a promise, a silent song.

Through valleys of shadows, we wander and fight,
Yet each step we take brings us closer to light.
For the strength isn’t found in avoiding the pain,
But in rising each time, like sun after rain.

The power to overcome is not alone plea,
But a fire that burns through adversity.
It’s not in the easy, nor in the clear path,
But in the courage to face what life may hold.

With each breath, we grow, we learn to persist,
Even when dreams seem too far to resist.
The power lies hidden, beneath every fear,
A force unshaken, forever sincere.

So when life feels heavy, and hope seems dim,
Remember the power lies deep within.
For in each of us burns a heart so strong,
Capable of overcoming, where we belong.
