You Are Never Alone
When shadows fall and silence grows,
And no one sees the ache that shows,
When doors are closed and lights are low,
There’s more around than you may know.
The wind that hums a quiet song,
The stars that blink all night long,
The pulse beneath your skin, your breath—
These prove there’s life, not only death.
The whispered thought, “I’ll be okay,”
The strength to rise another day,
The memory of a gentle face,
The echo of a warm embrace.
The world is wide, but hearts are near—
In every tear, in every fear.
Though lonely paths you sometimes roam,
In truth, you’re held—you’re not alone.
A friend unseen, a hope, a light,
A dream that visits in the night.
So walk ahead, through dark and stone—
But know this truth: you’re not alone.
Thank-you for reading.
Remember there are many paths back to God.
Follow your own path,
Brenda Marie
