Reiki For Stress Management

Reiki For Stress Management

Stress is overwhelmingly affecting people in our society today. Busy with work, home, family, and many other daily tasks, stress piles on without us realizing it. Many people are using Reiki to meditate, heal, and grow spiritually.

When a person is introduced to Reiki, an initiation takes place called “Reiki Attunement.” This brings the person into a relationship with the Reiki energy, and is usually activated by a trained Reiki master-teacher. During a Reiki Attunement, the person’s dense energy is cleared and released, and etheric cords and chakras are strengthened so the person will receive and transmit high frequency healing light.

Learning to Relax

Stress usually takes over when a person is fearful, doubtful, or full of worry about things that are happening around them. The person often lives in a constantly tense state without realizing what is happening. The body naturally reacts with fatigue, moodiness, and sometimes, disease. To relieve stress, one must learn to relax and overcome the fears and worries of everyday life.

Reiki helps a person to relieve the emotional and physical strain of stress and to restore balance to the body, soul, and mind. The person can return to a relaxed, peaceful state of being by clearing energy bodies and unblocking meridians, chakras, and etheric cords.

Your focus should be on those regions that require healing the most.

Let your intuition carefully guide you on where to place your hands and which body parts to touch as the session begins.. Feel everything that you are doing. Let the energy flow and feel it vibrating.

While the session is going on, let your mind wander on your daily activities and where your life is heading. It is by thinking over life your quest for self-healing produces a great impact. This is a kind of technique promotes the development of a healthy attitude. This type of self-reflection will give your mind room for creative ideas and solutions to your problems.

Reiki Reduces Stress

Reiki treatments are an excellent way to reduce stress. One of the things, I love about Reiki is, Reiki is a great way to reduce stress. I know many people who suffer from stress disorders. I am very grateful that I can help them by giving them Reiki treatment.

Witnessing Reiki Reduce Stress

Throughout my time of doing Reiki, I have witnessed the positive effects it has had on many people. One of the most unusual things is witnessing Reiki reduce stress. I have witnessed people go from borderline panic attack to being calm after they have given Reiki; this is one of the greatest pleasures I get from practicing Reiki.

Using Reiki to Reduce Stress for friends and Family

I have many family members who suffer from a verity of different stress disorders. Knowing that I can help them in some way to deal with their disorders is very gratifying to me.

I have taught some family members how to give self- Reiki treatments. They have had great success using Reiki to help reduce their stress. While Reiki may not work all the time and for everyone, it is a well know fact that using Reiki along with other therapies does help greatly reduce stress for many people.

I have felt the effect of Reiki for myself. I have given myself Reiki treatments during times of low and high stress. I can honestly say that Reiki does help reduce stress.

  1. Thanks very much Brenda Marie for adding the link to the post on nutrients. When I owned my health centre an amazing Reiki master and friend worked with me with clients. In later years she came to visit and was going through a grounding therapy with me as I sat on a chair and my dog came and sat between my legs for the whole session. For me that is an indication that it works as I have witnessed with acupuncture for animals. They don’t have the placebo effect so there is no question it is effective.

  2. I like that there’s an attunement, it literally sounds like a door opener!
Stress is a huge problem in today’s fast paced life. The more people find a gentle way to release stress, the less addiction and violence will be out there.

  3. I love your description of what a Reiki attunement is! And you are so right about using it for stress. I find it to be so soothing, and calming. It worked wonders when my son was a baby.

  4. This is another way to look at the Spirituality reviewed by Jeanine Byers in today’s blog challenge. It will be interesting to see what AI results you find to your questions.
