
Today’s message is all about love. See the good in everything. There are two sides to everything and when we look to the side of love, love is what we get in return.
Guided Meditation for Always seeing the Love

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress in your body.
Now, imagine a warm, golden light surrounding you, enveloping you in a bubble of love and positivity. Feel this light radiating from your heart and expanding with each breath you take.
As you continue to breathe deeply, visualize yourself standing in a beautiful meadow filled with flowers. The air is fresh, and a gentle breeze brushes against your skin. Take a moment to feel the peace and tranquility of this place.
Now, bring to mind someone you love deeply. It can be a partner, family member, friend, or even a pet. Imagine their face, their smile, and feel the love you have for them. Allow this feeling to fill your heart and bring a smile to your face.
Imagine this love growing and expanding within you, filling every cell of your body. With each breath, feel the love radiating from you, creating an aura of pure love and compassion.
Now, extend this love outwards and imagine the world around you bathed in this golden light. See every person you encounter wrapped in this warm glow, feel their burdens lifting and their hearts opening.
As you continue to breathe, affirm to yourself, “I always see love in myself and others. Love is everywhere, and I am a magnet for love.”
Visualize yourself moving through your day, always seeing love in every interaction, every situation. Notice how this changes your perspective and brings more joy and peace into your life.
Continue to breathe deeply, basking in this feeling of love and gratitude. Know that you have the power to see love in all things and that love is always present, waiting to be seen and experienced.
When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and slowly open your eyes. Carry this feeling of love with you throughout your day, always seeing the world through the lens of love.
