Poem: Napping

In the peaceful realm of dreams I lie,
Where spirits soar and troubles die,
In slumber’s grasp, I find relief,
A healing balm for my soul’s grief.

As eyelids close and twilight falls,
A hush descends on four walls,
My body rests, my mind is clear,
Guided by whispers, I hold dear.

Visions dance behind closed eyes,
Unleashing secrets from the skies,
The universe unfolds its grace,
Transcending time and cosmic space.

In these moments, I am free,
From worldly chains that burden me,
My spirit awakens, ablaze with light,
Renewed and refreshed, in vibrant flight.

Each breath I take, a sacred chant,
As my consciousness begins to plant,
Seeds of growth, seeds of serenity,
Nurturing my spirit’s divinity.

In the realm of dreams, I am reborn,
With every nap, a new day’s dawn,
Spiritually refreshed, I arise,
With love and peace, my soul’s prize.

So, let me nap, and let me dream,
In realms unknown, my soul redeems,
For in these moments, I find my way,
To a higher truth, where I will stay.

Thank-you for reading.

Many blessings to all.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
