
Guided Reiki Healing Meditation
To begin this guided Reiki healing, meditation, find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax and focus without interruptions. This meditation can be done seated or lying down, whichever position allows you to feel most relaxed.
1. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling slowly through your nose, and exhaling through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress you may be feeling.
2. Bring your attention to your body and scan for any areas of discomfort or pain. As you become aware of these areas, imagine a warm, healing light washing over them, releasing any tension or pain. Visualize this light, bringing in healing energy and allowing your body to relax and heal.
3. Now, imagine a beam of white light entering through the top of your head and flowing down through your body. This light represents the universal life force energy, or Reiki, flowing through you. Feel this light moving through each part of your body, bringing balance, harmony, and healing.
4. As the light continues to flow through you, focus on any areas that may need extra attention. If you have specific areas or ailments you’d like to address, visualize the light specifically targeting those areas, bringing healing energy to them.
5. As the light flows through and around your body, allow yourself to fully surrender and receive the healing energy. Know that you are deserving of this healing and that it is supporting your overall well-being.
6. Now, bring your attention to your breath. Take a moment to focus on your inhalations and exhalations, allowing each breath to deepen your relaxation and connection to the healing energy.
7. As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine the light from the Reiki energy expanding beyond your physical body. Visualize it spreading out to your surroundings, filling the space with healing energy. Imagine this light touching and healing everyone and everything in its path.
8. Take a few more moments to bask in this healing energy, allowing it to nourish and rejuvenate you. Feel the love and warmth of the Reiki energy embracing you, and know that you are supported and cared for.
9. When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your body and the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch your body, and slowly open your eyes.
Take a few moments to ground yourself, and if you’d like, write down any insights or experiences you had during the meditation. Remember to drink water and take care of yourself as you integrate the healing energy received during this guided Reiki healing meditation.
