Poem: Let Go of Self Judgement

Let go of self judgement, be free, my dear soul,
For your worth does not lie in the judgment’s toll.
Release the shackles of doubt and shame,
Embrace your imperfections, they’re all part of your name.

Why burden yourself with thoughts of not being enough,
When all you need is compassion and love?
Your flaws, my friend, make you beautifully unique,
They paint a picture of a life lived and a journey complete.

Let go of self judgment, and fly with grace,
For life’s beauty lies in its every single trace.
Embrace the scars that tell tales of strength,
And find solace in the knowledge that you’ve gone to great lengths.

You are not defined by others’ opinions, my dear,
Your worth is inherent and crystal clear.
So let the weight of self judgment fall away,
And bask in the brilliance of your own shining ray.

You deserve kindness, patience, and self-care,
For within you, a universe of potential lies bare.
Embrace your authenticity, and let your spirit soar,
For self judgment can hold you back no more.

So be gentle with yourself, and let love guide your way,
Listen to the voice within, it has much to say.
Let go of self judgment, and let your soul ignite,
For you are worthy, my dear, of an extraordinary life.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
