
Here is a wonderful guided meditation for balancing, aliening, and healing all seven chakras. Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths, filling your lungs with fresh air, and exhaling any tension or stress.

1. Root Chakra
Direct your attention to the base of your spine. Visualize a vibrant red light glowing at this location, representing your root chakra. Imagine this light growing brighter and spinning in a steady, balanced manner. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I am rooted, grounded, and connected to the Earth. I am safe, secure, and supported.”
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana):
Shift your focus to the area just below your navel. Envision an intense, orange light shining brightly, representing your sacral chakra. See this light growing stronger and spinning gracefully. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I embrace my creativity, passion, and sensuality. I am in touch with my emotions and enjoy pleasurable experiences.”
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura):
Now, move your attention to the region around your stomach. Picture a radiant yellow light illuminating this area, symbolizing your solar plexus chakra. Visualize it becoming brighter and spinning with confidence. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I am confident, empowered, and worthy. I manifest my desires and live with personal power.”
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata):
Shift your awareness to the center of your chest. Envision a beautiful, emerald green light glowing at this point, representing your heart chakra. Feel the loving energy expanding and filling your chest. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I give and receive love unconditionally. My heart is open, and I radiate compassion and forgiveness.”
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha):
Direct your attention to your throat area. Visualize a vibrant blue light shining brightly, symbolizing your throat chakra. Imagine this light growing more intense and spinning freely. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I express my truths with clarity and authenticity. My voice is heard, and I communicate with confidence and grace.”
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna):
Shift your focus to the space between your eyebrows, the area of your third eye chakra. Envision a deep indigo light glowing gently at this point. See this light expanding and forming a powerful vortex. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I trust my intuition and inner wisdom. My vision is clear, and I am guided by higher knowledge.”
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara):
Finally, direct your attention to the top of your head. Visualize a brilliant violet or white light emanating from this point, representing your crown chakra. Witness this light growing more vibrant and spinning gracefully. As it spins, repeat the following affirmations: “I am connected to the divine energy and wisdom of the universe. I am one with all that is.”
Take a moment to witness all seven chakras spinning in perfect harmony, radiating their respective colors and energies. Feel a sense of balance, alignment, and healing encompassing your entire being.
