Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without any distractions. Sit or lie down in a position that feels comfortable for you.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a warm, golden light. Feel this light enveloping your entire being, creating a sense of peace and tranquility.
Now, imagine a staircase in front of you, leading up to a beautiful, serene place. Each step you take brings you closer to your higher self.
Begin to climb the staircase, feeling each step beneath your feet. With each step, feel yourself becoming lighter and more connected to your inner wisdom. As you reach the top of the staircase, you find yourself in a peaceful garden. Take a moment to observe the beauty around you—the vibrant colors, the gentle breeze, and the soothing sounds of nature.
In this garden, you notice a radiant figure standing before you. This is your higher self, the wise and loving part of you that always connect to your true essence. Approach your higher self and feel the unconditional love and acceptance emanating from them. Take a moment to ask any questions or seek guidance that you may need at this time.

Listen to the wisdom and guidance that your higher self shares with you. Trust your intuition and allow the answers to come to you effortlessly.
Take a few more moments to bask in the presence of your higher self, feeling the deep connection and love that exists between you.

When you’re ready, express your gratitude to your higher self for their guidance and support. Know that you can return to this space whenever you need to reconnect with your inner wisdom. Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
