Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down without any distractions. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, exhaling slowly and deeply. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Imagine a beautiful white light surrounding and protecting you, creating a safe and sacred space. Feel this light enveloping you and filling you with peace and tranquility.

Now, visualize yourself standing in a peaceful and serene place, surrounded by nature. Take a few moments to connect with the energy of this place, feeling the love and support of Mother Earth beneath you.

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to your heart center. Visualize a golden light glowing within your heart, radiating outwards and expanding throughout your entire being.

Now, ask for your higher self to come forward and make itself known to you. Feel a presence approaching you, a loving and wise energy that is a reflection of your true self.

Take a moment to connect with this higher self, feeling its loving presence and guidance. Ask any questions you may have or simply bask in its loving energy.
