Today’s message is all about grief. Personally, I have lost many loved ones and for me, grief has always been a way for that love to live on. I would share loving memories of my loved ones.
Yes, the grief does go away it hurts less, when thinking of my loved one but, I have never forgotten them.
Poem: Grief
In the darkness of my grief,
I find solace in your love,
A light that guides me through the pain,
And lifts me up above.
Your touch, a gentle caress,
Bringing comfort to my soul,
Your love, a healing balm,
That helps to make me whole.
I feel the weight of loss,
A burden that’s hard to bear,
But with you by my side,
I know that I will dare.
To face the waves of sorrow,
And navigate the stormy sea,
For in your love I find the strength,
To set my spirit free.
Grief may linger in my heart,
A shadow that won’t fade,
But your love shines bright,
A beacon in the shade.
And so I’ll walk this path,
With you holding my hand,
Knowing that in your love,
I’ll always be able to stand.
For love is the answer,
To grief’s heavy toll,
And with you by my side,
I’ll find peace within my soul.
