Guided Meditation for Helping to Deal with Insecurity
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without any distractions. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or doubt.
As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to your body. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort, and consciously release them with each exhale. Allow your body to relax and sink into a state of calm.
Now, visualize yourself surrounded by a warm, golden light. Feel this light enveloping you in a sense of safety and security. With each breath, imagine this light filling you with love and self-compassion, washing away any feelings of insecurity or self-doubt.
