Poem: Spiritual Transformation

In the depths of my soul, a fire burns
A yearning for change, a desire to learn
To shed my old skin, to break free from the past
To embrace a new way, a spiritual contrast

I seek the light, I crave the truth
I long to be free from the sins of my youth
To cleanse my spirit, to purify my heart
To find peace and solace, to make a fresh start

I kneel in prayer, I open my soul
I surrender to God, letting Him take control
I trust in His guidance, His love and His grace
I walk the path of redemption, seeking His embrace

As days turn into weeks, and weeks turn into years
I feel a transformation, my doubts disappear
I am reborn, I am renewed
I am a vessel of light, my spirit eschewed

I am filled with joy, I am filled with peace
I am connected to God, my turmoil ceased
I am a new creation, in His image I shine
I am transformed, I am divine

So let the fire burn, let the change unfold
For in this spiritual transformation, I am made whole
I am a beacon of light, a vessel of grace
I am forever changed, in God’s loving embrace.
