Poem: Crying a Mile of Tears

I cry a mile of tears,
Each drop a heavy burden,
Emotions flowing like a river,
A never-ending mournful yearn.

With each sob and each wail,
I release a piece of my pain,
But the weight of my sorrow,
Remains heavy in my veins.

I’m drowning in my sadness,
Lost in a sea of grief,
Trying to swim to the surface,
But struggles beyond belief.

The tears keep on falling,
A never-ending cascade,
Each drop a testament,
To the anguish that won’t fade.

I cry a mile of tears,
A testament to my despair,
Hoping that someday,
I’ll find solace in the air.
