Poem: the Sun

In the vast expanse where heavens meet,
There reigns a luminary, radiant and sweet,
A golden orb with fiery heart aglow,
The sun, in majesty, does proudly show.

With beams that pierce the darkest night,
It banishes shadows, brings forth the light,
A beacon of hope in the morning’s embrace,
Guiding the world with celestial grace.

In fields of gold and azure skies,
The sun’s warm kiss, our spirits rise,
It paints the clouds in hues divine,
A masterpiece crafted in celestial design.

From dawn’s first blush to twilight’s sigh,
The sun sails across the azure sky,
A tireless wanderer, steadfast and true,
Infusing the world with life anew.

In its embrace, the earth finds cheer,
As seasons dance and life draws near,
From mountain peaks to oceans wide,
The sun’s touch is felt far and wide.

Oh, radiant sun, in your eternal flight,
You gift to the world with your radiant light,
A symbol of hope, of life’s grand sum,
Forever adored, our glorious sun.

Thank-you for reading,

Much Love and light,

Brenda Marie
