What are the Chakras in Your Hands and What are They For?

The chakras in the hands are often associated with the palms and fingertips. While the chakras in the hands may not be as extensive discussed as the main seven chakras, they are still considered important energy centers in many holistic healing practices.

1. Begin by bringing your awareness to your hands. Feel the warmth and energy radiating from them. Notice any sensations or tingling you may experience.
2. Now, visualize a ball of bright, golden light hovering above your head. This light is pure, healing energy from the universe.
3. As you inhale, imagine this golden light flowing down from the top of your head, through your body, and into your hands. Feel it filling every cell and tissue, revitalizing and energizing you from within.
4. Focus your attention on the base of your palms, where the chakras in your hands are located. These energy centers are responsible for your ability to give and receive energy, as well as for your sense of touch and connection with the world around you.
5. With each breath, feel the golden light expanding and opening the chakras in your hands. Visualize them as spinning wheels of light, glowing brighter with each rotation.
6. As the chakras in your hands open, imagine streams of energy flowing freely in and out of them, creating a powerful connection between your body and the universe.
7. Take a moment to notice how your hands feel now. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of expansion. Embrace these sensations and allow yourself to fully experience the energy flowing through your hands.
8. With gratitude, thank the universe for this gift of healing energy. Know that you can tap into this energy whenever you need it, simply by focusing on your hands and breathing deeply.
