Poem: Release the Fear

In the quiet hours before the dawn,
When shadows stretch and fears are drawn,
Breathe deeply in the cooling air,
Release the weight, the silent care.

Let go of the chains that hold you tight,
Those whispers dark that cloud the light.
For in your heart a strength resides,
A quiet force that never hides.

The storms may rage, the night is long,
But in your soul, a tender song.
It hums of hope, of skies so clear,
Inviting you to banish fear.

The echoes of the past may call,
But listen not to shadows’ thrall.
Each breath you take, each step you find,
Brings freedom to the unchained mind.

The mountains high, the valleys deep,
Will whisper peace when you dare leap.
For courage blooms where doubts recede,
In trust and love, your soul is free.

So release the fear, let it go,
Like autumn leaves in gentle flow.
Embrace the dawn, the chance anew,
For strength is yours, and skies are blue.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
