Poem: Fall Breeze

Beneath the whisper of the autumn sky,
Where golden leaves in crisp ascent do fly,
The fall breeze dances through the amber trees,
A gentle touch that stirs the slumbering seas.

It carries tales of harvest, ripe and true,
Of apple orchards kissed by morning dew,
And murmurs secrets to the rustling ground,
Where echoes of the summer’s song resound.

The cool caress, a sigh upon the air,
It weaves through fields with a tender flair,
And paints the world in shades of red and gold,
A fleeting brushstroke, bold and yet so cold.

The fall breeze hums a quiet lullaby,
To bring the warmth of summer’s day goodbye,
As twilight falls and shadows softly blend,
It whispers of the seasons’ tranquil end.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
