Guided Meditation for Calling Back Your Power

As you breathe in, imagine this light drawing back all the pieces of your energy that you have given away. See it flowing back to you, filling every part of your being. With each inhale, feel this energy becoming stronger, restoring your confidence and clarity.

6. Affirmation: Silently or aloud, repeat this affirmation: “I reclaim my power. I am strong, capable, and deserving of my energy.” Allow the words to resonate within you, reinforcing your sense of self.

7. Integration: Take a few moments to sit with this feeling. Imagine your energy radiating outwards, creating a protective shield around you. Know that you can return to this space whenever you need to recharge and reconnect with your power.
