With gentle hands, the magic flows,
A dance of light where healing grows.
Close your eyes, let stillness start,
Feel the pulse of a peaceful heart.
Breathe in deep, release the weight,
Energy whispers, don’t hesitate.
Channel, the warmth from above,
Send it forth, a gift of love.
Hands upon, a sacred space,
Let your spirit embrace grace.
Crown to root, the currents stream,
A flowing river, a healing dream.
With intention, softly set,
Words of kindness, no regret.
Feel the energy, bright and clear,
In every heartbeat, draw it near.
Trust the process, let it be,
Flowing freely, like the sea.
Past and future fade away,
In this moment, here you stay.
As you learn, let kindness reign,
For every touch can ease the pain.
A circle formed, hearts intertwined,
In this practice, love is blind.
So share the light, let others see,
The power held in you and me.
