And unseen currents dance and breathe,
Feel the pulse of life within,
A gentle hum where healing begins.

Close your eyes, let stillness reign,
Breathe in deep, release the strain.
Imagine light, a radiant glow,
A river of warmth that ebbs and flows.

From the crown of your head, let it start,
A golden thread, a healing art.
Down through your body, let it stream,
Flowing like water, a soothing dream.

Feel the energy, rise and fall,
A symphony played, the body’s call.
Where tension lingers, where shadows play,
Send the light to guide the way.

With every breath, let worries part,
Open the door to a healing heart.
Visualize colors, soft and bright,
Healing vibrations, a pure delight.

Ground yourself in earth’s embrace,
Feel the connection, the sacred space.
Roots like trees, anchored and strong,
In this energy, you truly belong.

When you’re ready, let your heart sing,
With every heartbeat, you’re awakening.
Share this light, let it spread,
A tapestry woven, where love is fed.

So trust in the flow, in the unseen force,
For healing is nature, its endless course.
With open hearts, let’s start to mend,
In the dance of energy, we’re all friends.
