In the morning light, a wagging tail,
With gentle eyes, a joyful tale.
Soft paws patter on the floor,
A silent promise, forevermore.
Through grassy fields, we run and play,
Chasing shadows, lost in the day.
With every bark, a symphony,
A bond unspoken, just you and me.
In the quiet night, by my side,
A steadfast heart, a loyal guide.
You greet the world with boundless cheer,
In your warm gaze, I see no fear.
When storms roll in and thunder cracks,
You curl beside me, watch my back.
With every nuzzle, every sigh,
You remind me love will never die.
For in your heart, so pure, so true,
A world of joy, just me and you.
Through every season, thick and thin,
My faithful friend, where love begins.
