
Guided Meditation to Protect Your Sacred Space
Find Your Position: Begin by finding a comfortable seated position. You can sit cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Allow your hands to rest gently on your knees or in your lap. Close your eyes softly.
Take a Deep Breath: Take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your belly to expand. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension. Repeat this two more times, inhaling deeply and exhaling fully.
Grounding Yourself: Now, envision roots extending from the soles of your feet into the earth. Feel these roots growing deeper and deeper, anchoring you to the ground. With each breath, imagine drawing up the earth’s stabilizing energy through these roots, filling your body with warmth and strength.
Creating Your Sacred Space: Visualize a space that feels entirely safe and peaceful to you. This can be a room, a garden, or even a serene landscape in nature. Imagine the colors, sounds, and scents that make this space feel sacred. Allow it to become vivid in your mind.
Setting Boundaries: Now, picture a soft, glowing light surrounding your sacred space. This light acts as a protective barrier. As you breathe in, visualize this light growing brighter and stronger. With each exhale, let go of any worries or negativity, allowing the light to absorb them.
Affirming Your Protection: Silently or aloud, repeat the following affirmations:
- “I am safe and protected in my sacred space.”
- “Only positive energy is allowed here.”
- “I honor my boundaries and trust my intuition.”
Feel the power of these words resonating within you.
Invoking Support: If you feel comfortable, invite in any guides, angels, or protective energies that resonate with you. Imagine them surrounding your space, offering support and love. Feel their presence and trust that they are here to assist you.
Embracing Peace: Take a few moments to bask in this feeling of protection and peace. Let your breath flow naturally, enjoying the calm that fills your sacred space. With each inhale, draw in tranquility, and with each exhale, release anything that doesn’t serve you.
Returning: When you feel ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and take a few deep breaths. When you’re ready, open your eyes, carrying this sense of protection and peace with you into your day.
Closing: Take a moment to express gratitude for this sacred space and the protection surrounding you. Remember that you can return to this feeling anytime you need.
