Protect Your Energy

Guard your spirit like the sun,
Bright and fierce, yet gently spun.
Not every wind deserves your grace,
Not every voice should claim your space.

Wrap your heart in quiet light,
Choose your battles, choose your fight.
The world can drain, but you must stay,
Rooted firmly in your way.

Not every storm needs to be faced,
Not every sorrow must be embraced.
Protect your peace, it’s yours to keep,
In calm you rise, in chaos, sleep.

Let kindness flow but don’t give all,
For you must rise, you must not fall.
So guard your energy, hold it tight,
A well of power in the quiet night.

Choose your circle, wise and true,
Not all will lift, but some will do.
And when the world tries to pull you thin,
Remember: strength begins within.

Protect your energy, guard it dear,
For in your light, the world is clear.
