Poem: Learn From the Past

Learn from the past, let it guide,
The moments where we hurt, we cried.
Each memory a lesson true,
A stepping stone to see us through.

The roads we walked, both smooth and rough,
The times we thought we’d had enough.
But in the trials, we did find,
Strength in our hearts, peace in our mind.

The past is not a chain to bear,
But wisdom planted everywhere.
Its whispers teach us what’s to come,
And show us how we’ve just begun.

So hold it close, but don’t dwell long,
Let its echoes make you strong.
For in the past, we find the key
To shape the future we will be.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
