Poem: Fragmented Soul

Fragmented soul, scattered wide,
Lost in shadows, far from tide,
Pieces broken, torn apart,
Echoes whisper in the heart.

Through the winds and endless night,
I search for shards, once filled with light,
Scattered fragments, sharp and small,
Yearning for the whole of all.

Come back, dear pieces, one by one,
From distant places, the race undone,
Reclaim your strength, your spark, your flame,
Restore the self, no longer tame.

Through the cracks, through the seams,
Rebuild the fabric of forgotten dreams,
Let each fragment find its place,
And heal the hollow, fill the space.

Come home, dear soul, embrace your whole,
Restore the balance, make it whole,
For in the coming back, you’ll see,
The soul is vast, and yet it’s free.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
