Poem: Release the Pain

Release the pain, let it fall,
Like autumn leaves in the quiet fall.
Hold not the weight, the grief, the fear,
Set them free, and let them disappear.

The shadows that cling, the tears that flow,
Let them go, let them go.
With every breath, with every sigh,
Feel the burdens slowly fly.

The heart once heavy, now can breathe,
Embrace the calm, let go, believe.
The wounds will heal, the storms will fade,
In time, peace will be gently laid.

Release the pain, surrender the fight,
Let your soul find gentle light.
In the silence, you’ll hear the call,
Of healing whispers, soft and tall.

So free the sorrow, let it pass,
Embrace the joy that life will cast.
Release the pain, it’s not your chain,
And in its place, you’ll find your gain.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
