Poem: No One Love

No one loves me, so it seems,
Lost in the quiet of fading dreams.
I walk this world with shadowed grace,
A stranger to the human face.

I search for warmth in winter skies,
But every hope just slips, then dies.
The echoes of my voice fall mute,
Like whispers lost in hollow pursuit.

I see the laughter, hear the cheer,
But none of it draws near, my dear.
A heart that beats but never finds
A place to rest, a place that binds.

No arms to hold, no smile to keep,
Just the silent tears I weep.
A soul adrift in endless sea,
Unseen, unheard—no one loves me.

But still I rise, though all seems lost,
A quiet strength, no matter cost.
For in the darkness, I will find
The love I seek, within my mind.

Perhaps not now, but one fine day,
I’ll learn to love, in my own way.
Until then, through the storm I’ll roam,
For in my heart, I’ll make a home.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
