Don’t Let Others Influence You

Don’t let their whispers shape your mind,
Or sway your heart, or make you blind.
Your soul is yours, a light to guide,
Through every storm, through every tide.

The world may shout, it may demand,
But trust the compass in your hand.
The path you walk, the dreams you chase,
Are yours alone, no need to race.

Their words may twist, their judgments fall,
But you must rise, stand proud and tall.
For only you can know what’s true,
The strength within, the power of you.

So heed not those who try to steer,
Your voice is strong, your vision clear.
The crowd may roar, the winds may blow,
But you are you, and that will show.

Let others talk, let others try,
But you remain, a steady sky.
Don’t let the world’s opinions sway,
Your heart will guide you, come what may.
