ill your cup, oh heart, with grace,
Let peace flow gently, slow its pace.
The world outside may churn and roar,
But inside, find your sacred core.
Pour in the light, the love, the truth,
Like rain to soil, it heals your roots.
Let kindness spill, let joy abound,
In silence, let your soul resound.
Each breath you take, a sip of air,
Each thought, a prayer, a moment’s care.
Don’t search too far for what you need—
The cup you seek is yours to feed.
Fill it up with mindful space,
With gentle strength, and quiet grace.
Let gratitude be the wine you drink,
For in its glow, your soul will sink.
No need to rush, no need to chase,
The fullness comes in time, in place.
So fill your cup, and drink it slow,
Let your spirit in stillness grow.
