Poem: Dreamscape

Dreamscape

In the quiet depths where shadows drift,
A world unfolds, a timeless gift.
Whispers of light on winds that sway,
In the dreamscape where night meets day.

Skies of gold, and oceans blue,
Mountains rise in a misty hue.
Streets of glass that twist and turn,
Endless paths where stars still burn.

The air is soft, the ground is light,
Where all is wrong, yet feels so right.
Faces smile from distant lands,
Unseen faces, unseen hands.

Forests hum with secret song,
While rivers pulse with beats so strong.
In this realm, the rules dissolve,
In dreams, the heart begins to evolve.

A door appears with no key near,
A path unknown, yet crystal clear.
The dreamscape calls, a quiet plea,
To awaken what we long to see.

No borders, no walls, no space or time,
Only echoes of the heart’s own rhyme.
In the dreamscape, we are free,
Lost in the vast infinity.

Thank-you for reading.

Much love and Light,

Brenda Marie Fluharty
