Healing the Shadows
Come, weary soul, let darkness weep,
No longer chained in sorrow’s keep.
The wounds you hide, the fears you bear,
Are the whispers seeking light and air.
Not all that’s lost is meant to fade,
Not all that aches must be afraid.
Within the hush where shadows cling,
There waits a song still yet to sing.
Breathe in the night, its quiet grace,
Feel love’s embrace in empty space.
For even silence hums with care,
A healing touch within the air.
The past may whisper, cold and deep,
Yet wounds are not for us to keep.
Release the weight, let go, be free—
Your soul was born to dance, to see.
No need to fear the dark’s embrace,
For light and shadow share one space.
And in the place where both align,
A heart once lost will learn to shine.
Thank-you for reading.
Much Love and Light,
