Poem: Echoes of the Inner Voice

Echoes of the Inner Voice

In the stillness of the night’s embrace,
A whisper stirs, a softest trace,
A voice within, so faint, so clear,
It calls to me, both far and near.

It speaks of dreams I’ve yet to chase,
Of fears I’ve buried, locked in place.
It hums the tune of distant skies,
A song of truth that never lies.

It echoes through my quiet mind,
A song of self, of love, of time.
The path I seek, the road unknown,
Is carved by whispers of my own.

Each echo grows, a steady drum,
A rhythm soft, yet hard to numb.
It calls me forth to break the chains,
To free my soul from past remains.

The inner voice, a sacred guide,
A compass always by my side.
Though silent now, it speaks so loud—
A part of me within the crowd.

Through every doubt, through every choice,
I’ll follow the echoes of my voice.
For in its sound, I find my way,
A light to lead me through the day.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
