Poem: Give Me Strength

When shadows fall and hope feels thin,
And battles rage beneath your skin,
Remember, dear, the strength you hold,
A quiet fire, fierce and bold.

Through storms, you’ve walked, through winds you’ve fought,
The battles that have left you wrought,
Yet still you rise, though weary, bent,
Your heart remains your firmament.

So when the weight begins to press,
And you feel lost in weariness,
Know that within, a light does gleam—
A steady, shining, endless beam.

You’ve conquered storms, you’ve fought your fears,
With every step, you’ve shed the years.
So take a breath, then lift your gaze,
And find your courage in the haze.

For strength is not the absence of pain,
But rising through it, once again.
You are the storm, you are the sky—
And even storms must pass and die.

So trust your heart, your soul, your mind—
Strength flows from where you choose to find.
Keep going, love, you’re not alone,
For in the dark, your light has grown.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
