Poem: When the Veil Shifts

When the veil begins to shimmer thin,
And winds speak truths from deep within,
The path you walked dissolves like mist—
Change arrives, cloaked in amethyst.

A whisper calls from realms unseen,
Where time unravels like a dream.
The stars rearrange their ancient script,
And souls remember what they’d skipped.

You were stone, now you are flame,
A secret waiting on your name.
Old skins fall off with sacred sound—
A thousand selves laid underground.

The moon turns keys in hidden doors,
You find yourself on stranger shores.
Each breath a spell, each step a rite,
Becoming more with every night.

Don’t fear the shifting sky or sea,
Change is the dance of destiny.
The light you seek is not ahead—
It’s what awakens when you’ve shed.

So let the worlds within you spin,
Unfurl the magic held within.
For life, in truth, is not the same—
It’s you, reborn, through holy flame.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
