
Begin in a quiet, comfortable space. Sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath.
Say silently or aloud:
“I now allow myself to come fully into this present moment. I am safe. I am supported. I am held in love.”
1. Centering the Breath
Breathe in slowly through your nose…
Hold gently at the top…
Exhale softly through your mouth…
Again. Inhale…
Hold…
Exhale…
With each breath, feel your body softening, your mind quieting, and your awareness beginning to deepen.
Let go of the day. Let go of effort. Let go of expectations.
You are simply here now—breathing, aware, and open.
2. Grounding into the Earth
Now imagine roots of light extending from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the Earth.
See them travel through the layers of soil and stone, all the way to the heart of the Earth—warm, loving, and alive.
Feel this Earth energy rising back up through your roots… into your body… grounding you in stability and support.
You are connected. You are anchored.
3. Opening to Source Light
Now bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Above you, envision a brilliant, radiant light—pure, luminous, loving.
This is the Light of Source. The original divine essence. The intelligence of creation.
It knows you. It loves you. It is you.
Invite this light to flow down gently into your crown…
Feel it streaming through the top of your head, filling your mind with peace…
Flowing into your heart, awakening warmth and love…
Moving into your belly, reminding you of your power…
And continuing through your body, all the way into your rooted connection with the Earth.
You are a bridge of light between Heaven and Earth.
4. Merging with the Light
Let this Source Light expand within you.
It fills every cell, every organ, every space in your body.
You are glowing, radiant, and at ease.
Now imagine yourself as light itself—no edges, no boundaries.
You are the light. You are the breath.
You are the awareness behind the thoughts, the love behind all form.
Allow yourself to rest here…
In this stillness…
In this unity…
In this sacred connection with Source.
[Pause for silence – 1-3 minutes of stillness]
5. Returning with Grace
When you are ready, begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel your fingers… your toes…
Feel the ground beneath you…
Take a deep, grounding breath.
Say silently or aloud:
“I am light. I am love. I am forever connected to Source.”
“I carry this peace with me now, and always.”
When you feel ready, gently open your eyes.

Let the wisdom unfold as you write—don’t censor it. -
What is one inspired action I feel called to take as a result of this connection?
Anchor the energy into something tangible.
