Face Your Fears
Step into the dark though your heart may pound,
Where shadows whisper and doubts resound.
The path ahead is rough and steep,
But strength is sown in ground that’s deep.
Fear wears masks of storm and flame,
It calls you weak, it speaks your name.
But hear this truth — you’re not alone,
The fiercest fires forge the stone.
A trembling step is still a stride,
No shame in tears you’ve never cried.
The voice that shakes can still declare:
“I see the fear — and I still dare.”
Don’t wait for courage to feel like might,
It often hides in quiet fight.
In every stumble, every scar,
You’re proof of how brave hearts are.
So face your fears — don’t look away.
You’re stronger than what shadows say.
The night will pass, the dawn appear,
And you’ll be standing — still right here.
Thank-you for reading.
Much Love and Light,
Brenda Marie
