Poem: Whispers of the Wild

Beneath a sky of endless hue,
Where dawn spills gold and twilight blue,
The earth awakens, calm and wide,
With gentle grace and ancient pride.

A forest breathes in hush and song,
Its shadows deep, its roots grown strong.
The leaves, like dancers, twist and glide,
On winds that kiss the mountainside.

The rivers carve their silver threads,
Through meadows soft with flower beds.
They hum a tune both wild and clear,
Of time and life that echo near.

The sunlit fields, the oceans vast,
The snow that sleeps on peaks held fast—
All sing a truth the soul can feel:
That beauty lies in what is real.

No brush nor pen can quite portray
The quiet power of break of day,
Or how the stars in midnight’s dome
Can make the heart feel deep at home.

So walk with care, and pause to see
The boundless gifts of land and sea.
For nature speaks in every part—
A sacred poem etched in heart.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and light,

Brenda Marie
