Guided Meditation: Connecting to Your Intuition

[Opening – Grounding in Presence]

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position. Let your hands rest gently, palms open.
When you’re ready, softly close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in…
Hold for a moment…
And exhale slowly.

Feel your body begin to settle.
Let the weight of the day melt away with each breath.
Let yourself arrive fully in this moment — here and now.

[Breath Awareness – Inner Stillness]

Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the natural rhythm of your inhale… and your exhale.
There’s no need to change it — just notice.

With each breath, let your awareness go deeper inward…
Inhale — calming…
Exhale — releasing…

You are entering a place of stillness…
A place where your mind quiets…
And your inner voice begins to emerge.

[Guidance – Opening the Door to Intuition]

Now, bring your attention to the center of your chest — your heart space.
Imagine a soft, warm light glowing there.
This is the seat of your intuition — quiet, clear, and wise.

With each breath, feel this light grow brighter.
It expands gently — filling your chest, your body, your awareness.

Now imagine this light flowing upward —
into your throat,
your third eye between your eyebrows,
and the crown of your head.

This is the path of your inner knowing —
from the heart… to the mind… to the soul.

[Listening – Tuning In to Intuition]

Ask gently within yourself:

“What truth is trying to speak to me right now?”
“What is my intuition guiding me to see or feel?”
“What would it look like to trust myself more fully?”

Now, simply listen.
You may hear words.
You may see images.
You may feel a sensation, or just a quiet knowing.

Whatever arises — allow it.
Trust that your intuition speaks in many forms,
and it often whispers, not shouts.

If nothing comes, that’s okay.
The space you’re creating is an invitation — and intuition always responds in time.

[Affirmations – Strengthening the Connection]

Repeat these words quietly in your mind, or out loud if it feels right:

My intuition is wise and always available to me.
I trust the quiet voice within.
I listen with an open heart and a clear mind.
My inner guidance leads me with clarity and grace.

Feel these words settle into your body like truth.

[Closing – Returning with Clarity]

Begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Feel your breath.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently.

Take one final, deep breath in —
and sigh it out.

As you slowly open your eyes, carry this awareness with you.
Know that your intuition is always present —
a quiet compass inside you, waiting to be heard.

Whenever you need it, simply return to stillness…
and listen.
