Poem: Transmute Your Pain Into Light

Gather the shards where your sorrow has slept,
In caverns of silence where memories wept.
The ache in your bones is a language, a flame,
Whispering truths that won’t leave you the same.

Hold it—don’t flee from the fire in your chest,
Pain is a teacher, not just a guest.
It hollows you out, it sharpens your sight,
Making more room for the birth of the light.

Tears are alchemy, salt kissed by soul,
A storm that unearths what can finally be whole.
Let the darkness come in, let it dance through your veins,
Till gold threads appear in the heart of your chains.

Forgive every wound that still echoes at night,
Not to forget, but to give it new flight.
Turn bruises to stars, regrets into grace—
Make space for the dawn in your sacred place.

So take what has broken, what shadows invite—
And transmute your pain
into
glorious
light.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie

  1. Beautiful poem Brenda 🌷🤝 This is breathtaking—a raw, luminous alchemy of pain and transformation. Your words dance between ache and redemption, turning wounds into wisdom and darkness into dawn. Absolutely stunning. ✨
