When storm clouds gather in your skies,
And hope feels distant, lost to cries,
When every step feels twice as steep,
And all you want is rest and sleep—
Don’t let the pain define your way,
It’s just a night, not all your days.
The shadows pass, they do not stay,
There will be light—come break of day.
You are not weak for tears you shed,
Not broken for the words unsaid.
Even the strongest hearts can bend,
But still they beat, and still they mend.
Hold on to breath, to flame, to thread,
To dreams that flicker in your head.
The world may press, it may confound—
But don’t let the pain bring you down.
Rise with the scar, the bruise, the strain—
A soul reborn through ash and rain.
Each hurt you’ve known, each fall you’ve faced,
Has shaped a strength that can’t be erased.
So let them come, those winds that blow—
You’ve roots beneath, you’ve fire below.
And though you tremble, still you’re sound:
Don’t let the pain
Pull you down.
Stand your ground.
Thank-you for reading.
Much love and Light,

Wonderful poem Brenda 🌷🤝 A powerful anthem of resilience—your words weave pain and hope into something unshakably beautiful. This is the kind of strength that lingers in the soul long after reading. Truly moving💐
