Step back, and breathe the quiet air,
Beyond the rush, beyond the glare.
The world can wait—just for a beat,
Let silence settle at your feet.
Step back from noise that fills your mind,
From chasing what you’ll never find.
Let go of things that pull you thin,
And listen to the voice within.
Step back and see the broader sky,
Not every dream is meant to fly.
Some bloom best where shadows fall—
Not every climb requires it all.
Step back and feel the ground again,
Reclaim the strength you held back then.
You’re not behind—just finding grace,
In moving at a kinder pace.
Thank-you for reading.
Much love and Light,

Beautiful poem Brenda 🌷🤝 “Such a soothing reminder to slow down and embrace stillness. True wisdom lies in quiet reflection and gentle pacing.” 🌿
