Poem: Love Yourself Deeply

Love yourself deeply, without a disguise,
Beyond all the mirrors and well-practiced lies.
Not just the bright days, the polished and proud—
But the quiet, the aching, the lost in the crowd.

Hold every scar like a page of your book,
Each line a journey, each bruise worth a look.
You are not broken—you’re layered and true,
A mosaic of stardust, both ancient and new.

Speak to your heart as you would to a friend,
With kindness that doesn’t demand you to bend.
You’re more than the voices that echo in doubt,
More than the pieces the world, points out.

Touch your own soul with hands made of grace,
Embrace every shadow you’re scared to face.
Let love be the water that softens your stone—
Reminding your spirit: you’re never alone.

You don’t have to earn it, prove it, or chase—
Your worth isn’t hiding, it lives in your space.
So love yourself deeply—start with your name,
And whisper it gently, without any shame.

You are enough, not tomorrow—right now.
So stand in your story, and take your own vow:
To cherish, to honor, to heal and to see—
The beautiful soul you were always meant to be.

Thank-you for reading.

Much Love and Light,

Brenda Marie
