Poem: Your Will Is Strong

Your will is strong — like roots that cling
Beneath the weight of storm and wing.
It doesn’t shout, it doesn’t flame,
But moves through silence just the same.

It bends, but never breaks apart,
A quiet drum within your heart.
When others stop, when paths grow thin,
Your will says softly: Try again.

It held you up through longest night,
When all around had lost their light.
It stood when knees began to shake,
When all you had was what you’d take.

Not forged in ease or comfort’s glow,
But built in places no one knows—
In lonely hours, in breathless strain,
In every step through doubt or pain.

You don’t need cheers, you don’t need praise,
Your will has walked through darker days.
And though the world may not yet see,
Your strength is stitched in constancy.

So keep on rising, still and sure—
Through winds that bite and trials endure.
For in your soul, you’ve known all along:
You may be tired—
But your will is strong.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
