Imagine this light entering at the top of your head and flowing downward like a cascading waterfall. It moves through your body and into your aura, clearing, washing, and releasing any negativity or heaviness.

With each breath, allow this light to cleanse your field:

Lifting away emotional residue that no longer serves you…

Dissolving stagnant or foreign energy that may be lingering…

Releasing any cords, hooks, or attachments that have held you back.

Now that your field is cleansed, it’s time to fortify it.

Visualize a second stream of light — denser, more radiant, and vibrant — filling your aura with strength, vitality, and resilience.

This light may appear as golden sunlight, a deep violet flame, or a shimmering crystalline color. Let it infuse every layer of your field, weaving through it like threads of divine intelligence, enhancing your energetic presence.

See your aura grow stronger and more defined — its edges becoming well-defined, resilient, and responsive, adapting to your needs.

You are not closing yourself off; you are aligning with your true energetic integrity, allowing only what serves your highest good.

Silently affirm:

My aura is strong, vibrant, and protected. I radiate clarity, confidence, and peace, attracting positive energy into my space.

5. Sealing and Activating the Aura

Finally, envision a soft, shimmering outer membrane forming around your aura — like the outer shell of a glowing bubble, protecting and nurturing your energy.

This layer allows positive energy in while keeping distortion and negativity out. It adjusts with your environment and responds intuitively to your needs.

You may choose to set an intention or a word of power here — something meaningful to you, like “Peace,” “Truth,” “Sovereignty,” or “Light,” anchoring your focus.

Feel your aura now — clear, whole, and glowing from within, radiating warmth and stability.
