Poem: Let Go of Lack

Let go of lack, the whisper thin,
That tells you less is where you’ve been—
A hollow echo in the chest,
That says you’ll never have the rest.

Release the grip, unclench the need,
The frantic grasp, the silent plead.
There’s more than hunger, more than chase,
Abundance waits in stiller space.

Let go of lack—it’s just a ghost,
Feeding off what you fear most.
But you’re the fire, not the flame,
You’re not the story etched in shame.

The seed does not doubt Earth or rain,
Nor question if it grows in vain.
It trusts the dark, it trusts the deep—
And wakes to life from quiet sleep.

So loosen thought, unclasp the fear,
The world is wide and full and near.
Let go of lack—breathe in, expand.
You are already all you planned.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
