2. Grounding for Support

Visualize strong roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the Earth below you.

3. Calling in Cleansing Energy

Let it cleanse your mind, clearing away repetitive thoughts and mental clutter. Allow it to pour through your throat and heart, washing away unspoken words and emotional residue. Picture it cleansing your solar plexus, your belly, and your legs — all the way down to your feet.
