Poem: See the Light

In shadows long where silence grew,
The path was veiled, the stars were few.
But still a spark refused to die,
It whispered soft beneath the sky.

Through tangled doubts and sleepless nights,
It reached for hope, for distant heights.
A single flame, so small, so bright,
A stubborn heart that craved the light.

The world may turn with weary eyes,
And storms may gather in disguise.
But dawn is born from darkest hours,
And cracks will bloom with breaking flowers.

So walk, though heavy falls the night—
You were not made to miss the light.
It waits ahead, just out of view,
And every step brings more of you.

Thank-you for reading.

Remember there are many paths back to God.

Follow your own path,

Brenda Marie
